Terms of Service

These terms apply when a company ("you") creates a Policynez workspace or uses the service. By signing up, you agree to them on behalf of your company.

The service

Policynez lets you publish company policies, track versions, ask employees to acknowledge them and keep records of those acknowledgements.

Accounts and access

• The first person to set up a workspace becomes its owner and is responsible for who is given HR access.
• You decide which email domains can sign in and which people are invited.
• You are responsible for keeping sign-in accounts secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of the policies and information you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to upload it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Policynez to break the law, upload harmful files, try to access other companies' workspaces, or interfere with the service.

AI assistant

The policy assistant answers from the policy text, but it can make mistakes. The published policy document is always the authoritative version.

Free trial and billing

New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with every feature and no card required. After the trial, pricing is as shown on our pricing page. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires.

Records and proof

Policynez keeps acknowledgement receipts to help you show what was shared and confirmed. We do not give legal advice, and you remain responsible for the content of your policies and your legal obligations.

Ending the service

You can stop using Policynez at any time. We may suspend workspaces that break these terms. Before deletion, you can export your receipts.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top of this page.
