If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to new subscriptions and to renewals.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and reseller, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us through the contact form on policynez.com and we will help.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from HR Admin → Settings → Billing & invoices. Your plan stays available until the end of the period you have paid for.
